West Yorkshire Local Transport Plan

The second West Yorkshire Local Transport Plan (LTP2) sets out a programme for a wide range of improvements to local transport over the period 2006 to 2011. It aims to address the five following areas on Accessibility, Air Quality, Congestion, Safety and Asset Management.

The objective of the LTP is to develop and maintain an integrated transport system that supports economic growth in a safe and sustainable way and enhances overall quality of life for the people of West Yorkshire.
