The first plan was replaced in 2006 with the second plan, which is currently being put into action, addressing issues around Accessibility, Air Quality, Congestion, Safer Roads and Asset Management. Its aim is to create a more integrated transport system that supports economic growth and enhances the quality of life of people of West Yorkshire.
