The first plan was replaced in 2006 with the second plan, addressing issues around Accessibility, Air Quality, Congestion, Safer Roads and Asset Management. Its aim was to create a more integrated transport system that supports economic growth and enhances the quality of life of people of West Yorkshire. The new 15-year Plan - MyJourney - launched in April 2011 and will run for 15 years.
