Annual Progress Monitoring
Progress towards the 17 Mandatory targets and 10 Local targets is monitored using a series of 46 key and background indicators.
These targets cover the five plan objectives delivering accessibility, tackling congestion, safer roads, better air quality and effective asset management.
Progress towards targets and other indicators are reported annually in the LTP2 Progress Report and the separate LTP Monitoring Report.
Baseline Report
This report includes the Baseline data for all 46 key and background key indicators against which progress towards targets is measured. The Baseline for most indicators is 2003/04.

Annual Monitoring Reports
An annual monitoring report is produced which includes detailed time series date relating to the 24 key indicators and 22 background indicators used to monitor progress towards the LTP2 targets.
